Cal Custom scoop from my 77 Fury Police car. The car served in Dekalb County, Georgia. Several agencies here mounted these with the opening facing the rear with a hole cut in the hood to allow heat to escape. The hole in my hood was hacked not so neatly. I replaced the original hood with an uncut one. I'm undecided if I will reinstall it, but I'm prepping it as I do the body work getting ready for paint, just in case. I may just set it up with a magnetic mount to avoid cutting the hood and to allow it to be optional whether I run it or not.
