You don't sound weird or obsessed at all Adam. You enjoy and have pride in your car. Now a days, most just consider their rides a mode of transportation to get from point A to point B. Someone that truly respects, enjoys and takes care of their car is directly reflected by the car itself. Being a pretty looking '70 Dodge you got, well that's just icing on the cake. You should be proud.

Myself, give me a lazy Saturday where I can roll over that key, windows down, got a tank full of gas with no particular place to go. Just point nose whichever way and motivate. Nothing like the rumble and roll of an old Detroit Muscle car, never will be.

So glad to know I'm not alone. Friends take the piss outta me cos I say night baby before I close the garage door behind me. Now I've owned lots of cars in my life and plenty of them have been from 60's to 70's American cars and none have ment more to me than my dodge. I loved my pontiacs but the old dodge is in a different league all together. I've got a strong bond with this one. Think for the first time in my life I'm actually content.

"Hey" you just make me feel a little more normal in a world that doesn't get it. For me it's that feeling of a stall converter creeping along at idle with the dual exhaust sounding obnoxious as hell while your sitting behind the wheel grinning ear to ear knowing that as soon as you mat it your going to be pinned to the seat and loving every second of it. But even more important is the feeling of knowing you built it with your own hands. Yes, everytime I walk into the garage and see my project (69 Charger) I say "you sexy bitch" haha love that body, all I can say is after waiting so long it feels great to finally own my dream car and not another Chebby. I must be sick too

I also turn around and give her a look about every ten steps or so, while walking away!!!!!! Can't help myself!!!!!
Sometimes you get the best angles to shoot a picture or two,,, This is why I have the picture below from this past summer.... Had to stop off at the park so my 4yr old helper could eat Her ice-cream and play on the swings for a bit...

I've said it many time before my girlfriend refers to my car as the other B_I_T_C_H, because I'm always under her, hence her/my RR, not the girlfriend's nickname... she ain't the "pertiest", she ain't the fastest, she's a little rough, not real refined either, built like a brick shithouse, but I love her none the less, the RR not the girlfriend, but that could apply to both...
