I usually always spend some time just sitting in the garage looking at my "Christy" in the winter months but for the first time in eight years the old gal sits just outside under a car cover with my paint skirts i call them over the wheels/tires because i have no room for two and another for now takes her place.. its really heart breaking to see it each day with more and more snow on top and spring that feels like its a year away. But the days are getting longer which means spring getting closer. :eusa_think: i think.

:cold:I was out in the shop a couple of days ago just spending a little quality time with the Belvedere. Starting and warming 'er up. Giving her a good cleaning inside and out. I wish it was 70 degrees and sunny so I could take her out for a spin, but it's cold and the county has sprayed de-icer on the roads around here. I'll have to wait.

Ive loved mine as long as I can remember ..it was the first real car I knew when I was a kid and all of the memories I have of my dad with it will be with me forever ......Ill never get rid of the car as long as I have a choice .....Its the only real connection I have with my departed dad anymore ...when I take it out alone I always think hes with me

yeah !! She's got a great sense of humor, she know I love my cars, she knows how I feel about her too, she named her... she laughs at me sometimes, says when I drive my car I'm a much better person, that I smile allot...
