I am looking to buy a 69 super bee wm23 with a f8 paint code and a Vo2 paint code for the roof.....

yes it is a true two tone bee.......

is this rare?

does it add to the value?

V02 cars are not common. About 2%, or around 367, of the 69 Super Bee Hard tops built for sale in the US came with a painted top .

The V02 definitely ads to the rarity of the car. Not sure if it will over power the F8 color in regards to value. Buy the car because you like it, not how much you can turn on it down the road.

Just my 2 cents.

Looks green White would of been kool But if you like it that s what matters I like fit women with big boobs some guys like fat chics its what makes the world go around So I ve heard

Sometimes rarity does not equal high value, IMO.....the value would come into play if it was a Hemi, six pack etc...

F8 is nice. That would be of interest to a numbers-guy, who wants something different.

It's rare enough that I've never seen that option on any Mopar. I've seen paisley tops, but not painted a separate color.

I have the code-plate from a 68 runner, red with a white painted top.

Look, its interesting and if its an original N96 car then its likely a one of one car. At best, it might be worth about $2-3K more than an identical all green car, on a good day, but definitley no more. Its cool, interesting but its just a painted roof at the end of the day.

But if it has a green interior, you can knock that $2-3K off. :(

it is funny how so many of these cars were originally F8 ... and when the r eto things started aback in mid 80's everyone painted them red! ha the F8 was a pretty color with new fresh paint and was so popular as a new car color. green int. too! ha

but the question is always the same " why do only the green survive "

"White Hat Specials" could be either vinyl or painted tops, and didn't necessarily have to be white.

I had a stripper white hat 67 Coronet.

The only options were those that came with the white hat package.

Manual steering and brakes, but white painted top, chrome moldings and automatic.
