How's about a little fuel injection?

I can hear it over the engine and exhaust at idle, even standing behind the car. Once I'm cruising I don't notice it. I was surprised at how loud it is. It makes me wonder if there's an issue with the pump or regulator or something, but fuel pressure sits right around 58-60psi and it runs great, so I'm thinking maybe I just need to do something to insulate the sound more?

How low is the voltage at idle? This setup wont have timing control. Planing on running a Rev-N-nator ignition box and Firecore dist. Will the low voltage create problems with the ignition?

It tends to sit around 13 volts at idle. That's without the headlights or the fan motor pulling power. I'm running a MSD 6AL box and a Firecore distributor currently and haven't had any issues. Of course, like I said, I'm not driving it at night with the heat cranked. I think if I had much of anything else pulling power at idle I'd need to upgrade the alternator to avoid charging issues.

The fitech his a built in regulator correct? No need to run another external regulator?
