Hunting rifle

Where's that written in Joey's rule book, or is that your fuckin rule???????
Joey's rule. I don't make the rules here. If you have a issue with it contact him for clarification.

There are a lot of gun forums.
The High Road is a good one.

Thanks for sharing your Model 100 story. I'll be doing exactly the same with mine by passing it down to my son. Curious as to whether you know if either or both of yours have had their firing pin replaced, per Winchester's recall, due to instances of breakage with the original pins? If not, you can contact Winchester via their 800#, give them your serial numbers, and they will tell you if they have or haven't. If not, they will send you new pin(s). Replaced mine about 5 years ago and my only cost was postage to send them the old pin. Got a brand new pin plus a check for $30 to cover cost of replacement!

I read about a year ago that there was a recall from years back but didn't know Winchester was still honoring it and would send out replacement pins.
I don't believe that my two guns have been retrofitted. thanks for the info. 65Bel. I will contact Winchester to get the ball rolling. thx. again.

That's exactly what I am retiring in the 300 win mag. I bought new back in the 70's. I put a 4 power Lupold on it back then with a dot in the middle no cross hairs. Shot it in back then and never had to ever shoot it in again.

People will ask you what gun you use........but they never seem ask what scope do you have on your gun.
Ok, lets see the scopes!

Brush gun, new houses going up on my hunting land. Can't use the 300 win mag anymore.
Looking for a lever action 32 special. 30/30 Savage Winchester Marlin. Consider a capable revolver also.
Scored these two yesterday with some ammo.
Model 94 Winchester 32 special 1952

Good price for the Winchester, kinda got the marlin for free.
32 special ammo might be tough to get.
Agree...did get one full box of 32's and 7 loose ones. 11 30/30s, sad any more you have to be happy with 11 bullets.......FN government.

The Mods specifically asked Joey that question just recently when it came up that a rifle was being offered for sale, and the answer is a definitive - "No buying or selling of Guns" full stop. (or period as you guys would say) :D

Doesn't need to be written in the rules....that is an Amendment that is not documented, probably due to recent events where guns have been a major player in people being killed. For whatever reason, it is his rule. Please don't go all "Guns don't kill people, people do" .....that doesn't come into it.

Just be satisfied that Joey has rules, and if you don't like those rules (whether documented or not) they are the rules we need to abide by, and you are welcome to browse elsewhere.

Ok, lets see the scopes!
No pictures of the weaponry.
Matters not since that horrific boating accident.....
I did at one time have in my possession a certain 700 BDL 222 mag with a Steiner T5Xi.
It can, I mean could reach out there.
With extreme precision.

My Brush gun, 300 win mag, AI chassis, Harris Bipod, Tank style Muzzle Brake, Vortex Viper PST 6x24 scope. Best group so far is 1/2 MOA when I do my part.

Naw. I put it on the hood of my car and shoot the deer from the parking lot at the local wallmart. LOL

My brush gun
1895 marlin with a 4-12 Leopold scope and plenty of eye relief. She'll bust a groundhog wide open at 200 yards

One of my dream guns was always a 1894 Winchester. Lever guns are just sexy. Seems like that wont happen now. A new passion has taken root.
