I bought a Roomba vacuum for Christmas and it never came. I contacted the seller several times. I also talked to supervisors at the help number, of course, it was in India. I finally got so tired of their nonsense I emailed Doug McMillon the CEO of Walmart. To my surprise, I received an email from Walmart Executive Escalations. I got a refund plus an extra $50 for all the crap they put me through.

My son got his wife a Roomba. They had to stop using it unless they put the dogs outside.
They tried to play with the thing and made more of a mess than the Roomba picked up. Then when the dogs came back in they brought all the dirt in with them.

ROOBA's are pieces of JUNK!!!!!! I tried one and I couldn't program it with either my Cell Phone or desk top. You will get a much better cleaning job say with a Shark Vac or similar product by doing it yourself. Besides the Roomba's leave a lot un-picked up. As for buying through Wally World online??? I might get a hit for say an item I am considering and check to see if it is in the store. I then will compare it to other stores and then buy it directly when I can. Otherwise, Wally World only for a very few essentials that I need. Glad you got some excellent service but so sad that the Executive side had to do it as oppressed to the normal route...cr8crshr/Bill

The Roomba was for my 90-year-old mom. It was the best model that was non-programmable since she's not going to use it in conjunction with a cell phone or anything. I tried a cheaper brand last year and it crapped out. She has all wood floors and keeps her house spotless. She called her first robot vacuum Mrs. Robinson who was our housekeeper when I was a kid.
