If you had to pick a non Mopar?

About four years ago,I picked up a very solid 69 390 4 speed AMX roller for the paultry some of $700.00 from my local Craigslist! I paid another 2 grand to buy a complete running 390 engine. For $2700.00 I got a nice project AMX to build for my non Mopar ride!

From the Ford camp it would be a '64 Galaxie. My wife used to have one and what better way to score brownie points with the Mrs than for her to have another one?

From the GM camp it would probably be a Chevy II to keep it cheap, but I would rather have a '63 Grand Prix.

From the overseas camps:
(1) A Datsun 240Z with a much higher ouput engine, but maintain a good fwd/aft balance.
(2) An old Mercedes-Benz 300D upgraded with a modern high-output driveline. Sleeper!
