The 3 dots on the upper right then "delete Browsing data. I don't delete cookies because it will forget your passwords and you will have to log in everywhere.

Get on any fbbo page and try pressing these keys at the same time:
Shift F5
or
Ctrl F5
or
Ctrl Shift R
Another possibility your internet service provider is caching an old copy of the broken fbbo website files and not serving up the fixed versions.
