Jeff's 69 road runner

i agree with roadrunnerman on the red challenger that is nice. what color/paint code/brand is it if you don't mind telling.

Thanks alot you guys. I really love the way this car is going. FE5 is the paint code. and it is the original color of the car. I use only Dupont chroma base and clear.

Nice work, great looking car.

Cool car - keep the pics coming.

Thanks on the paint for the FE5 and keep the pics coming. I just went back and looked at the challenger and man that color pops!

No problem on the paint code. If I had the facilities, this car would be too sweet. I know that to watch tv, and shows like GYC's, in particular, because this guy is awesome at the restos, entertainment is all sorta silly. We all are doing the same thing, so I watch it to see how other folks prep up, products and toolage. You know, the good stuff. They are doing a car on the show that is the same color as this one. But the point I wish to make is that they shoot PPG,exclusively, and used a dark gray, near black sealer. If you look back in this thread you'll see that DUPONT recomends a near white. And they both look awesome, but I'd be willing to bet they are both pretty close till you put them side by side. PPG was OE.

quick update............

Not saying you cant learn and find out new ways, new products on TV, but hands on by real people and most important, real time i learn a lot in this site, You are doing a great job and ill bet in the end, it will show! Good luck...

the only progress I see around here anymore is when the boys(my sons) show up. every 3 weeks or so.

Nice, I need to tackle that same area here shortly. Taking notes. :)
