For those who mention that they haven't got the software for converting your picture to black & white, I suggest Irfanview. It's one of the most popular in the world, it's free, it will let you convert your image into just about any format imaginable, it's great for resizing when you need to downsize large digital files, and it's here:http://www.irfanview.com/
I use Picasa. It not only has a photo editor but is an excellent photo manager; organize your images so you can find them fast.
