Cool! Man, the houses sure look out of place for the time line of the cars lol

Haed to find parts for that car are tail light lenses and straight rust free bumpers.
Looks like you got both.
I like the cragars. They work well on 66/67s.
What's the VIN? RH23F or RH23G?
F is 361, G is 383.
Quarters look good, too.
Nice car.

Great find.
P&G classics havethe 66 tail light lenses available new.

hey my duster is in the background lol awesome... Lets get it on the road and tear up some chebbies and ferds

Thanks guys, cant wait to get it rollen!! The car had no keys, So we had no way of getting the trunk open, got a key made, and yup found a treauser chest, lol. Looks like a good platform to start, Parts are out there but require some searching and sorting to get. I would ditch the console as it won't look quite right. I have a treasure trove of 66 Satellite/Belvedere parts so keep me in mind. Still trying to get mine up and running but now I have to remove the engine, tear it down and fix what the engine builder screwed up. Sucks bit it will get done....

Sell the console and shifter or trade for one for your car. Lot of work swiching over though.

Thanks for the info. But i looked at the Vin and its RH23E. What dose that mean?

318 -poly head.

Looks like someone dropped in a big block along the way. I did the same to my 66 in 1970. The tired out 318 poly wasn't cutting it anymore so in went a warmed up 383....

Nice bones!

Love the wide fender tops. Running off a gas can sitting on the fender is how I moved mine around until teardown!

That car looks to be a good starting point. Ditto-ing what has been stated...you have to search, but parts CAN be found for the `66/ `67 Belvedere line. Be careful, only about 1/2 the trim pieces are the same year-to year.

As for body panels, I found Sherman ( http://shermanparts.com) to sell the best made panels. Their metal is as thick as the original stuff. While not all sections are made, with a little creativity you can get others to work. I had to use a `66 Charger/ Coronet lower rocker under my passenger door, and a `67 Dart outer wheel house in the rear passenger wheel well. As for outer sheetmetal... lower rear quarters, wheel openings, trunk extenstions, etc were all a perfect match.

I am in the '7th inning stretch' of my build, so will chime in on any questions I can answer. Took the 'Kanas Belle' down to a hollow body and started over. Installing side trim and interior (seats/ panel/ carpeting) now. Will be dropping off the Poly 318 this Friday for machine work. Wheels/ tires and exhaust are all that's left!

Plan, plan, plan...start your execution, but re-evaluate often as you go. It is better to hesitate, than to do something over. Good luck!

Thanks guys fur all your info and opinions, and also that sherman website, ill be using that quite a bit i imagine!!

I've ordered their panels through www.rockauto.com and their prices are actually cheaper then the Sherman site. Shipping is very cheap and there is always a 5% off discount code if you Google for it. for example the sherman site lists the torsion bar crossmember for $323. I paid $240 shipped for the same part through RockAuto. Just an fyi.

Nice car you got there! I have two 66 Bel's myself. What size tires and wheels are on it? Usually it's hard to find a set of wheels with the proper back space that fits the rear wells.
