can someone explain the left and right lug nuts, where do i go to find them?what is the torque for them.can i use any lug nut on mopar wheels?just found out about this from another members accident.

You don't need them. if you properly torque your lugs you will be fine. I got rid of mine in favor of normal ones.

I have been unable to find them or the studs in the auto parts stores, but as mentioned, you don't need them. Torque would be the same as RH.

You can still get LH nuts, you just have to order them. As for the studs themselves, nobody is producing them anymore. You may find some New Old Stock (NOS) doing a web search. I still have the 5 studs I pressed out of my rear axle and 4 studs I pressed out of the front hub if anybody is interested in them. That 5th one is why I swapped over to RH thread. Couldn't find a replacement. You will need 1/2" - 20. 1/2" is the diameter, 20 is the thread count.

Friends...who better to snap off wheel studs for you?! It's either them, or the young shop guy!

2823236, 2823237(left) - looked them up for 67 B body. But point is NAPA has them but I can't find them on their website.
NOE 6414090 is the NAPA number for the right side but the left number doesn't cross.
My friend at NAPA has told me they deleted many items from their website but can get them (catalog) in store.
Front stud 1967 thru 1969 B-body with disc brakes ONLY - Left hands are Dorman 610-137 right are 610-136.
BTW, the Chrysler # also superseded at some point to 2944950 & 951

Torque wrench is your friend with alloy wheels retorque every 100 miles till they stop moving then they should be good
