ss1gtx,

That looks fantastic.

Some questions from us who are looking at the same package:
* Are you using air shocks or a sway bar on the rear?
* Have you driven it much with the new tires?...No rubbing issues with the back tires?
* Have you rode with anybody in the back seat?...still no rubbing?
* Could you post any photos showing the gap between the tire and outer wheel opening...maybe a shot looking up into the wheel well from the centercap?

The period correct look and stance of your car is bitchin!

The reason I ask the questions is I have test fitted my `66 Belvedere II with a 15x8 Cragar SS, mounted with a P215x65 and while I have a 1" gap at the wheel opening (lip), I can barely get my finger tips between the tire and outer wheel house (2 - 3"s up inside the wheel well). If the tire should go up into the wheel well from a bump in the road, I would experience rubbing.

Like most everybody else, I want to go as wide as possible without ruining a set of tires. Unfortunately, I do not have any nearby shops willing to 'experiment' to see what will work. Any details you can provide on what you may have had to do to get these to work would greatly be appreciated.
