According to Don, he sent one of the last copys he had. That has been a few years ago.

I expect if you want it in book form, you will have to get it from someone that is willing to part with it....Good Luck......................MO

I have the cd. It's kind of like a summary, not like a book on cd. I got the address from the 62-65 mopar site. He will not answer emails. I tried a couple times. You have to put 15 bucks in a sase and mail it to him.
