This is my girl KC, she passed away on July 18 due to cancer, I miss her terribly.

That must be very hard. I am very attached to Ella and don’t even want to think about it.

Hahaha thats great! Thanks! Being 114F here in AZ that video makes me feel cooler! Ella needs boots for the red hot pavement! She would never tolerate them though....

So sorry 70chall440 for your loss and everyone else on the Forum whom love their pets/ and dogs..
BTW: My sis gave me the book to read "The Art of Racing in the Rain"
Now it's a movie..
I cried reading the book and I cried at the very end of the movie.
You need to see it....

My buddy Ashton, a small black lab, extremely intelligent. In the first pic is usually how I found him after coming home from work. He passed 5 yrs ago and still think of him almost daily

It was much harder than I would like to admit. I have been a lot of places in my life and seen a lot terrible crap, but when she passed it affected me a lot more than I was expecting. She isn't the first dog I have lost, but I think as we get older we get more attached to them. Not sure if I will get another one or not, most likely I will at some point.

it's the worst...........but there is a dog or puppy out there who needs a good home, I'm sure KC would approve........Rebel has made everything better

Mimi is 16 and blind and the best friend anyone could have. She relies on my wife and I and I'm always there for her.

People can be ********, but our dog friends are loving and only want to be loved back, not much to ask. I think about my dog passing everyday, being 16, I'm sorry for your loss!!

Thank God she is lazy. Being blind, really active and not being able to run like the wind would break my heart.

this is Scoobert....... he passed 3 days before Christmas 2006........I gave him 2 shots of insulin a day the last 3 years...... he lost his eyesight, but his tail wagged until the end

this is Jennings. He getting ready to take a nap. He may not look like much, but he’s the best cow dog I’ve ever had. He a morkie. Half Maltese and half yorkie. If a cow gets out and I tell him to “bring em round” he goes and brings them where I can get the rope on them. If I tell him to “run em in” he’ll get them back through the gate. He’s never been trained, he just knows somehow. He loves to ride; the tractor, in the truck, on the four wheeler, or the golf cart. I told my wife that he’s so good that when he passes we can’t have another dog, that I’ll always compare him and they’ll never be another one like him. My daughter will be 1 next month and she squeezes him and pulls on him and he just takes it, he has to lick her every morning and sometimes he even gets on the bed to nap with her.
