disassembled this oil pump to clean and inspect it. Its has a small amount wear marks on it but no noticeable play in the shaft to housing cover or the outer ring to housing.do you guys think it’s ok to run it or should it be replaced?

I’ve taken a few apart, and that one looks new compared to those. The FSM tells you the clearance limits. It looks like it’ll probably be good.
As far as I could find, the case half seals are only available in a rebuild kit, and those are over half what a new pump costs. You’ll probably have to re-use the seals
