I'm upgrading my cars radiator from a 22" to a 26". I realize the support opening needs to be widened so the entire core recieves airflow, and i'll need to drill new mount holes. Has anyone documented pictures of this process or have any guidance that could help? I just want to only cut once. Thanks

All's I did twice was remove 22 inch rad and passenger side bolts...place on new 26 inch champion aluminum rad on the drivers side bolts...mount tabs were perfect, level the rad , mark and drill where the passenger bolts go. No cutting of support as all the tubes were exposed to the opening. Shroud and fan were centered perfect...done on a 67 coronet and 67 satellite.
