Mopar game, you tell me...if you can

Looks kinda like a '68 newport with the location of the starter solenoid, but newports only came with bb. So I am thinking '68 furry III

Well the answer to the second picture is a 1968 plymouth Fury III with a 318

o yha I got it right!:tongueflap::tongueflap:

ok here is the next one. I know it's easy.

D 100??????????????

really

:rolling:

And he's right. P/S wasn't mandatory. Mine doesn't have it

I Don't know Why I Put D-100 I just Meant Plain 100 Custom etc Truck...BUT It wouldn't be that as they didn't switch the Inner Fenders from Barn Siding Big Bulky Flat One-Piece until like '71 or '72...

And My HEMI's Do Not Have Power Steering Either...

I'd Say that it is a Fury or Sport Fury.'67.It Has a Dual Master Cylinder And 318 LA in it so it is at least a '67 BUT I don't think with that air Cleaner that it was a '68..

Ok....I'll wait until it's time.....got one waiting here.....was the last picture guessed correctly?

Ok guys, tell me the year, make, model, trans etc...everything you can about this car. Tell me what you are looking at and what you are looking for. Put your thinking caps on.

Ok...here is one...if I posted out of turn, sorry

that's also a later model wiper motor. should have a black plastic end on it being I think that is a '66 Charger I would guess (vacuum lines running in to the headlight switch?), 4 speed, power steering

i,m guessing 66 coronet with a 361 and 727. dizzy in front but doesnt look like a 383. headlights on charger have electric motors

I'd say it was a '66 Coronet with 383 and 4-speed trans...POSSIBLY a Belvedere...

Its a Stick Car because there is No Brown Wire leading to Trans from Relay.Pre-67 Because of the Master Cylinder.Engine LQQKS Like a Low Deck from Best I can tell from the Evading Pix in the front.
The Flatness of the intake means it wasn't a Performance Piece and the Air Cleaner I actually about agree with a 361.With The Washer Motor it is a 65 or 66 with that location and bottle.

I Can't see the end of the heads to see if they had Freeze Plugs in them or they were 516's...

Answer tomorrow night after a few more people get to play

66 Charger...
B-block - narrow looking engine block
manual brakes - lack of power brake booster
power steering - obviously mounted pump
3 speed wipers - not a 2 speed wiper
383 - random guess - looks to be a 4bbl carb - 361 came with a 2bbl
4-speed - clutch linkage visible through pass through and lack of kickdown linkage

Rolling Thunder is correct...but he failed to say why a 66 Charger?

Answers are as follows:

Car make, model, & year is 1966 Dodge Charger, why? Because of the hood release cable from firewall up to front of grille...66 Charger was the only one that had this. 67 Charger release was under the hood chrome. No other 66 Mopars had inside hood release.

383 4-bbl engine, why? Note 4bbl carb under the unsilenced air cleaner...361 engines had the large air cleaner and 4bbl was not offered. All 383's in the Chargers had only the 4bbl carb in 66 and the little air cleaner was standard.

Not 3 speed wipers, only variable speed was offered in 66 on the Charger, in 67, 2 speed was standard and variable speed was optional. Starting in 68 they offered a 3 speed wiper motor (which I heard is the same as the earlier variable speed)

Yes, power steering, no power brakes, and yes, 4spd car...clutch linkage showing through firewall and also you can see the 2 pink wires across the firewall down to the trans light switch.

So, only the hood release cable would have told you the year and make of car, only the air cleaner would have told you the engine, and the clutch linkage and reverse wires would have told you the trans.

Thanks for playing...car is a 160,000 mile original Charger, except for the new interior and the electronic ignition)

(PS: had you guys been sneakier, you could have seen this car at my Hub Garage..link is below)
