I say no to the Aussie....looks like heater hoses go in the passenger side...our passenger side...looks to be a brake booster in the far left corner?

The only thing that engine bay reminds me of was this old 1959 Dodge Coronet I did some work one a while back... So I will guess a 1959 Coronet with a 350ci V8 engine
