I first saw his car at Mopars at the Lake in Kenner (another BEMA "production") my car club hosts. I don't recall for sure, but I think it is a R/T clone. The intake is from the 1961 era 413 Max Wedge (yet another reason why I LOVE Max Wedge technology). I really admire the metal work on the passenger side inner fenderwell to make room for the carb and intake. Truly unique and exceptional build, and if you ever get a chance to meet the owner, he is very willing to talk about the build.Did anybody get to talk with the guy who owned this car.
I have gone down there with some of my club members on the Friday day before the show. Went to Lambert's Restaurant in Foley, AL (home of the throwed roll) and back at the hotel for numerous liquor shots the night before the show. The Passon a855 made driving there a whole new experience, went from 3,500 in 4th with a 3.54 r&p to 2,800 in 5th with a 4:10...First mopar only show I've been to. If they get better than this. I can't see it. Hope they make this a two day event next year. To much to do in one day if you want to talk to the owners about there cars.
