My 67' Belvedere 2 Rebuild

Well, the exhaust was "exhausting". I bought a ready-made system. However, it wasn't ready to install. The X pipes because of the downpipes and the cross member wouldn't line up, so I ordered a pair of those stainless steel flex pipes, hopefully, this will help. The nearest exhaust shop is three miles away, I didn't want to risk a ticket driving to it.
I had trouble coming up with mounts for the TV cable that would clear the throttle cable. Since I was out of ideas and the ability to make something I bought a linkage mount made for the demon carburetor. I ended up using only the TV cable mount that I highly modified. And modified the factory throttle cable mount that I had to bend it down to clear the TV cable mount. It's not a thing of beauty, but it will get the car back on the road. Once I get more time I'll refine the looks.
In the meantime, I have been working on the engine wire harness. I'm going with a MOPAR electronic ignition system.
I found the trans cork pan gasket dripping, so I have a silicone one to install once I get the car back on jack stands.

Finished the exhaust less the tailpipes. I bought "turn downs" for now. Next the gas tank sending unit and the trans pan gasket. The cork one has a slight leak so I invested in a silicone one. From there install the brake booster and master cylinder. I had bought a disk brake kit it was one of the first things I installed. Never was happy with it. The pedal wouldn't return all the way, if I wasn't careful the brake lights would stay on, no matter how much the switch was adjusted. There is a jamb nut on the linkage from the pedal to the booster that's only adjustable with the booster off. I hope I turned it enough to solve this problem.
Things are busy right now with a relative in the hospital. Today there wasn't much pressure to be there for him so I got a little done. It will be there when things settle down.

Yesterday I cleaned the shop and fixed two fluorescent light fixtures.
Today installed the three-hundred-amp circuit breaker in the trunk.
So now I have power, I'm rechecking connections and found the field terminal screw was loose.
Tried to tighten it but it was striped right from the builder. I was lucky enough that a slightly longer
screw held the brush holder tight.
Tomorrow is another day.
