I started working on fixing (trying to anyway) my fenders. Last weekend I took a little field trip to upper state NY to pick up a driver’s side fender from a member on here, thank you Dutchrebuild. It was a 14 hour round trip! At least I didn’t have to cross the GWB to get there!! I only need the front section of the nose and one of the pieces of the headlight bucket assembly. There was a little bit of rot in the section I needed but nothing a small patch wont fix, plus, I’m desperate.
The donor fender section I need:
There was some bondo covering rot and a few creases:

I did a little hammer/dollie work to straighten out what I could:
This is the section that needs the patch, yes, I’m patching a patch:
