On Uncle Tony's Garage, he said the odd, multiple curves in the factory console shift rod made the 2nd to 3rd shift difficult because the bends make the shifter want to rotate.
I was able to retain the "no console" shifter that came in my car, and while it's long, it's arrow straight.
I'm just going to post a couple of pictures since you are kind enough to compliment it, and to give a better idea how it looks in its environment. I hope you don't mind and thanks again!

Ya got to click it on it. For some reason those “shorts” videos do that until you click on it and I didn’t video it, some guy did and found me on Facebook and sent it to me.
Thank you!!! It amazes me what BC/CC does to these F4 cars. When we painted it over 7 years ago we called the PPG library to get the Deltron mix and then we used the new PPG Custom clear and it just pops, I like it way better than Deltron Clear. I can’t tell you how many people, builders, restorers and other Mopar guys have messaged me asking what color this was and wanting to know what paint I used.Nice to see another in F4! While I wasn’t a green fan to start with, it grew on me. Nice ride! Good job!
I made it myself. Thats the factory Auto console and it was busted in the back like so many so I cut it in half. I always like the console but never did like they didn’t have an armrest. So I also incorporated a buddy seat. So with this T-56 Magnum I used a 4-speed top plate and drilled me a hole in the console for a cupholder. My upholstery guy is supposed to trim it out for me where I cut it and I’ve been debating about adding another cup holder in the bottom part of the buddy seat but haven’t made my mind up yet. I’ll try to get a picture of it today.Did you buy that console or have it made and what's that circle between the cupholders?

No. His is more of a custom build, built around a factory 4-speed. Mine uses an original 70 auto console and buddy seat. You made Biomed’s console?

I just went out and took some pics of my set up. Like I said my upholstery guy is going to make a trim piece where the screws are at and he also has to box in my trunk and carpet it this winter. I don’t know if I’ll add a cup holder in the buddy seat or not. Me and the wife also love these custom dual power/ dual lumbar seats. Please excuse the dirty car, we drive it a lot.OK, my question was to him.
