Right Kiwi. There is that to. One hasn't lived until they have had some juice arc across a gold ring and heat up to 1000 degrees in a nano second.Same here.
I refused to wear a wedding ring, and my wife is OK with that. I'm OK with her wearing my share of bling.
My excuse is for safety - being an electrician, I don't want any conductors wrapped around body parts. I know a guy who was electroplated by a stainless steel wristwatch years ago (severe burns)....and another who slipped off a ladder working on his roof....the wedding ring got caught in the gutter, and tore his finger off as he fell to the ground.
