Never force me to choose between you and my Mopar!

Too much time with your car? Didn't realize there was such a thing. We'll look at the bright side, more time to work on your Dodge. Good thing you never took her out for a chesseburger and a movie in that evil Mopar of yours........

so.....did Christine make her choke...or did she just take advantage of the situation?

Have you thought about asking cudachick to be your girl? Seems like a damn good plan to me!

Now that's a good question.

AYE!

I believe she may be taken, but if she has a sister..........

My wife (girlfriend at the time) used to get ***** when I worked on my car...I got a lot done back then!!!
....and a big AYE!!!!!!
My girl friend in 1970 used to come over while I was working on the car and 'bother' me all the time. One time I told her to wear some old clothes so she could help me work on the car and she came over in some nice white jeans. Those are work clothes? Yup. I was already dirty from pulling out the 3rd member and ran my hands down the front of her thighs and told her they are for sure now lol. She didn't like that but stayed and helped. We finally got married in 86!

good for you!! them ones like that are never happy, you'd get rid of your car then she'd be gone later anyway.

You did the right thing to move on. I had a "practice" wife for 14+ years who had a similar attitude. When i remarried years later it was someone who believed everyone NEEDED a hobby, and 10 years on she has been supportive. She's not one to get into the garage with me and turn wrenches, but that's ok because she is supportive of my hobby.

I remember a conversation I had with a woman once - I told her I didn't need someone to tell me how to spend my money, time, or tell me what kind of job i was supposed to have. I was an adult and managed to get myself in a position of having a good job, enjoying my hobbies, and had been pretty damn good with my money. I wasn't looking for another parent - I wanted someone to share my already successful life with.

You moved on and good riddance to her.

Amen.
