Be nice, new guy here, new to the forum and thanks for the add. As you can tell from my sig, I'm a Pontiac guy, I'm trying to help a good friend that has a serious health problem and needs to sell his '69 Super Bee. I'm going to list it in the "For Sale" forum but I have no idea what to ask for it, I've see anywhere from $30 to $75 thousand. Car is completely restored, looks and runs great, 318, auto, factory air, real documented Super Bee, all new everything, top to bottom. Your opinion on what this car may be worth would be appreciated.
Cary
Hate to tell ya, but that's no 318. I'ts a big block Mopar @ distributor in front of engine. If it is a Super Bee, it came with a big block. Can't say whether it's a 383, 400 or 440 from the pics. Might check the VIN number and the numbers on the front of the block to see for sure what it is. As far as value. Everyone will tell you, it's what the buyer is willing to pay. If it is a numbers matching car , the value will be quite a bit more than if not. Check a few of those things out and get back to us.
nice ride BUT probably a 383ci 4bbl, Big Block Wedge not a Small block wedge
the distributor is in the rear on a small block, it's not a 318ci {in that photo},
probably a 335hp 383ci 4bbl if it's the factory or #'s matching engine
My mistake guys, it is a 383, told you I was a Pontiac guy. Car was purchased as a numbers matching car, I know the vin matches on the dash and fender pad, I was told the engin is original. Thanks for your responses so far.
