Unfortunately my Raiders lost to the Vikings too,
the Raiders defense was weak, the Vikings running was decent,
theVikings are beatable for sure, they did show their weakness in the second qtr.
when the Raiders scored 14 unanswered pts. after being down 13-0,
but that's where it ended...

Congrats to the Vikings they were the better team that day,
the Packers lost the 3rd game in a row too,
to put the Vikings on top of the NFC North...

I'm not really a Chiefs fan, but was routing them on yesterday,
looks like Peyton may miss a few games now too...

Much more important;
At-least my Oregon Ducks beat the #10 Stanford Cardinals @ Stanford,
Oregon's now Ranked 23rd, Stanford is 15th now IIRC...

Not a total loss, for a football weekend...LOL

BUT still allot more football to be played yet,
any team can lose to any other team at any time...

almost if not for horrific clock management by NYG's,
just run the ball 3 times idots, then NE would have probably,

By the way the stats in the Vikings @ Raiders game
other than the 2 turnovers by the Raiders, at inopportune times...LOL
they were pretty much evenly matched,
the score doesn't show the real story, it really wasn't a blowout...
Yes the Vikings had more rushing yards, by far,
not sure what happened to the Raiders defensive line ?
they've been doing better...
Hell Adrian Petterson had 200+ of their total yards all by himself &
90+ something of their total yards were on that one running play for a TD,
& the lowly inferior Carr {? not my pick} & the Raiders,
didn't run as much as they should have, when it was actually working,
over 5+ per carry, but the Raiders had more passing yards, by far...
Both teams pretty much were even in 1st downs, Time Of Poss. & total yards,
the #'s of punts, 3rd down conversions, return yards etc. etc. etc....

Like I said, when I was trying to be nice in the former post, give credit to
the Vikings, that were the better team in that one game...
They aren't all that thou, certainly not a championship caliber team...
Lets get real, they have some serious issues too,
they showed them in the 2nd qtr, pass defense was really bad &
they only beat a 4 & 4 struggling team...

I'll concede or retract any comment,

You must of had a little tooooo much caffeine this morning Bud. Ha ha. You're right the Vikings - Raiders score doesn't tell the whole story. You forgot to mention the Vikes missed 2 field goals - so the score should have been worse.

I didnt say the Vikes are a championship caliber team this year. But I'll bet you a dollar to a donut they'll make the playoffs. That's a start. Much more than I can say for the Raiders. If the stats were so even it only means the Vikes were that much more efficient than their opponent. To be proud of a super bowl won 38 years ago is like is like being proud of still having your unwashed jock from your high school football days - yikes!
