I am currently looking into purchasing A Nitrous Xpress Hitman 4150 100-150-200shot Kit W/ genx-2 accessory bundle. My question is do I need to run a second fuel line and pump for the nitrous solenoid. I have a holley 110gph mech. pump. Will that be enough to keep pressure for carb and 'noid? I only plan on using the 100 nozzle. My backup plan is a holley elec. red pump I've had sitting around.. I was hoping not to have to get a fuel cell and run a second line, pump ect.

There are at least two things that will need to be at 100% before injecting the nos. 1. You must have forged pistons because the cast just won't hold up under the increased pressure for very long. 2. You better be absolutely sure that your fuel system is up to the job. I recommend a fuel pressure gauge to verify there is minimal drop of psi under full throttle. I have gotten away with one fuel pump and line for years but my pump is an electric 140 gph Mallory with 3/8 aluminum fuel line from the tank. By the way: I am running a .030 over 440 with a 175 shot.

I have 2 Pressure gauges one on fuel rail and I bought an autometer in car earlier today(BTW the nx kit comes with n2o press guage and fuel saftey switch). Did u have to sump your gas tank to run that line or can u use the factory pick/up and just change the line going in.

Also Only I have keith black hypereutectic pistons not forged on a well balanced bottom end eagle forged crank... Planning on only running 100-shot with a 3000-5000rpm window switch. Local shop owner says I should be ok.. Do you agree?? I trust your opinion..
