Wasn't as bad as I was expecting but the weatherstripping was a PITA. The desert is not kind to soft goods but got the job done. I'm going with Steele Rubber stuff on the rebuild and boy they are proud of it. Oh well, if I'm going to do it, may as well make the best of it as much as possible. The felts were hard as a rock and the regulators need some work and lube.

We all need a li'l work & lube, from time to time. :)

This was the original stuff baking in the desert for decades outside. I got it whipped now and what ever is left will go bye-bye when it gets sandblasted.
