Oil Pump Identification Please

Trying to identify this oil pump. I was told it was a Milodon, but I do not see that name on it. It has been blasted of all the rust, and now is ready for paint.

Markings I do see on it are:
USA
G3 or 63 H.V.

open it up and inspect it first especially since it looks like you blasted it. keep the oil pump to block gasket they are hard to find by themselves I only had luck ordering one from 440source
