Thanks my man, I'm not really digging it here at all. The amount of drama I get along with greif piled on top of it all is amazing. I get the most B.S. here & over the other 2 sites combined in total from begining to end.

If anyone feels they can do the job and pass the test, now is the time.

Be preped for;
death threats,
body damage threats, you and your car,
insults that make little to no sense and wondering rants that have no bearing on the problem,
screamin babies,
lawyer like rants and threats to sue you personaly along with the web site for a host of violations.
Some of which only apply to worlds where the grass is orange and the sky green with 2 moons in orbit.

Be accuse;
of not taking your meds, needing meds
being a bully,
someone who was bullied in the past and is now taking revenge,
a sadist, (sp? a person that likes to give or get pain)
gay, bi-sexual,
a homophobic moron
and a host of other sexual problems. Probably what they ethier have or have heard about on the news.

Oh, I was told I was a terrorist once and there going to inform the FBI of my Muslim plot to do more damage to the USA. Which is funny since, I'm not Muslim but have been kin to victums of such current issues. Come through my front door and see 2 cross' and a picture of Jesus hanging up. Muslim, LOL, not I!

Not to mention not being a true MoPar man

giving misleading info/ not up to date info
Not helping to sell the product of which they want to sell, be it a private sale like a carb or intake or
not helping to sell there goods they make (Someone biz)

Do realize that some poeple are semi smart and will excel in twisting your words, crying a river to the Admin/site owner and bash you into nothingness until they get your way

Be fore warned they'lll edit a quote in there favor and also post a PM publicly with and with out edits to discredit you in anyway shape or form.

If you feel up to this bashing while doing this job, PM the Admin or site owner for the job.

I get judged not by who I really am as a real person, but more for who I work for.....

I think you might be surprised at how many that would really like to have the job and will say damn near anything in order to get it. They are the ones that are looking for a power trip and are also the first ones to get ignored for the job...

i have been a moderator on many forums, some not even auto specific, and I have found that if you let the forum members understand that you respect their opinion, will listen to their issues, and will conclude with a fair and impartial decision based upon all the information while taking into consideration what is good for everyone on the forum... then... any issues that may arise are manageable without a lot of angst.

I have found that most people who have a lot of issues with other people, tend to be a key player in regards to those issues. I dont know you, but if you are saying that you are having all of these problems (as stated in your earlier post), then maybe you should rethink your approach to forum members ,or people in general.

How we communicate (verbally, nonverbally) will determine the responses we give and receive. If you receive many negative responses... then maybe its time to see if your communication is negative (or can be perceived as being negative).

Again, if you are having these issues, some self-reflection may need to be considered. Good luck and stay positive with your moderator status and how you interact with those around you! :sSig_goodluck:

RaceDodge, if that was directed towards me, I say to you, I have no issues in this really, but, it is a royal pain asking the same thing over and over again. Please don't do this, please don't do that.

Others feel there right no matter what. And, no matter what, your wrong and on a power trip and a Nazi.

HEMI-ITIS, LOL, Ummm, it's OK. It can be draining after a 16 hour shift, nevermind when I do 2 or 3 in a row or for the week.

To everybody, I did forget to put on thing in the post I made that I didn't think needed to be put in, but here it is;

(You should be laffin at this, though some of it is true, I'm really just joking around. I should have added a few more super zanny things, like, Oh, IDK, must have abilty to talk to 3 headed dogs, Mermaids, remove sense of humor, sense of self worth on a temporay bassis, The abilty to transend time and space for a ref on future happening if you make a bad move..etc....

Come crew, laff at this, that is the way it was ment. )
