Deceased, But not forgotton
A not as old as some but my 1961 Bungartz T-5....a one cylinder Hatz Diesel I restored about 18 years ago.
They were a small heavy (2600lbs) tractor that was use in vineyards... made in Munich Germany related to the Porsche tractors.
Tractor parts from Munich Germany... had to replace the gears and bearing in the big tiller (4ft) still available.
Amazingly it could turn on a dime making a 6 inch turn on the inside pivoting wheel.
NOTE....... the steering linkage on both side of the front.
I restored it superficially in the 2004 fun to drive and display.
4 gear ranges in hi and 4 gear ranges in low.
different ranges on the tiller too.
Lot of power... I dont recall the HP ... thinking 12hp
The engine sounded like it was going to throw a rod... it hammered loud... this was normal for the diesel.
The unique seat was made of laminated hard wood of some sort.

heres mine 34 dodge 1/2 ton KC truck flat head 6 when I got she going under major surgery now.
