I’ve always thought it was funny. Like a red means anything in the big picture. It’s like the people who talk behind your back, they either don’t have the brains or the guts to say it to your face, but they do cut you, any chance they get. I still think it’s funny, the ones who blessed me with them, are now writing how lame they really were. Take care, sir.

The little bit of success I've had in my life didn't come from stepping on or over my friends, those with a positive or like attitude. It came from stepping on my enemies, those that wish you bad and wish to hold you back with it. Once that baggage is gone, the load to the finish line is easier and lighter. Simple logistics

Yes sir, I totally agree. I’ve never backed down and have defended my friends one way or the other. I don’t have a lot of friends, but the ones I do know, who’s got their back.

Avoiding confrontation is always the goal, but there are a few in this world that not only push your buttons, they lean on the button. Those people will push as long as they smell blood in the water, it's just business. As a young man I walked away all the time, till I realized I was being used as entertainment. There are people in this world that you should always respect. The mods here have a job and that I respect. You made a comment to me once about being that guy that you didn't expect to say or do something, that bothered me, I was wrong and said so. It's not about being right, it's about doing the right thing. I avoid cockroaches at all cost, till they try to climb up my leg.

Yup, when I'm up against the wall is when I'll push back but didn't use to until about the 8 grade. As a kid my family moved around a lot and went from the north to the south then back north and back to the south yet again and was the 'new kid' in school way too many times. Never got into any fist fights (at least not serious ones) except with a cousin (3 times with the third time being bloody) and one with a friend that didn't draw blood lol. Made a couple of threats back to guys at school when they threatened with beating my ***....simply told them you may kick my *** today but you better kill me because if ya didn't, you'll be looking over your shoulder from here on out.

Things settled down a lot with those comments way back then. It's pretty odd today that the ones that forked with me the most are mostly gone now and have been for many years due to heart attacks, car crashes (one guy crashed his car during our senior year in high school), going to jail for life etc. One 'classmate' went to jail several years ago for killing his own son!

I was the smaller kid too and was a year younger than the majority....and skinny as a toothpick but being 5' 9" early on wasn't all that short but most were still taller lol. I try to do the right thing but sometimes it doesn't happen even though I thought I was.

Sometimes others aren't looking for anyone to do the right thing to better an issue. Drama is the lunch some bring for their own personal entertainment and we can do little to stop perpetual motion.

The red X really never really mattered much to me as I considered the source as it typically came from those few who I ignore anyway. Putting them on ignore is like choosing not to step in a pile of dog **** but simply being smarter to walk around it instead. The red X gone and the ignore feature makes the site better not having to deal with the those types who typically have nothing to offer this site anyway. I look at this as being another improvement to one of the best Mopar sites on the net.
