[69 roadrunner]

Hey guys I have a 69 RR I know that when the car was new they painted under hood the same as body color. What I need to know was the front of radiator support forward same color or was it black. Iam thinking it was bady color behind head lamp buckets and in front of core support any pics would be great. Thanks Steve

Most all were "half *** painted", up from the bottom on the assembly line, blow & go spray jobs, with a 30 degree medium black, my 68 RR RM23 HT has very little black on the core support, mostly all body color, mostly the dull black, all just at the bottom & a spattering of black up half way at most, all painted over, the original LL1 Surf Medium Dark Turquoise Metallic... I've seen original cars, with & without, the blacked out core supports... Typical Chrysler Corp.
