I feel it is the sellers responsibility to get the part to buyer... period
you pay, you should receive something!
so if the buyer got nothing
the problem is between the seller and the shipper.
the buyer did NOTHING WRONG ON HIS END OF THE DEAL
one of the 2 should be fessing up
usually the shipper bends you over and in the end
the seller should take it in the shorts.
I have shipped fragile stuff , it arrived broken
and I made good on it and sent another.
it was on me because I should of known a 800 pound gorilla was going to kick my package across the parking lot.
into the delivery truck.
another part was broken in transit and I refunded the money
and told him to keep it.
**** happens buying and selling long distance
stuff i'm not happy with I blame myself for not asking more questions about the part
trust has to go both ways that each side will do the right thing,.
that is how I roll
but I like to sleep at night knowing that someone doesn't think I'm some kind of crook for a few lousy bucks.
