You're wrong here and about the insurance. If it gets lost, you welch on the refund of full amount because the part was 500 and insurance was 100. You get smoked in small claims on that one as well. Build the cost into shipping, you're on the hook.
It's your responsibility until it is in the hands of the buyer. UCC code is not on your side and never will be. And the shipper leaving it on the doorstep is NOT delivered, no proof of transfer. That one is another loser unless a signature is required.
Have at it however you want. I won't belabor this anymore.
