The black Coronet reminds me of my 1st car back in the 80s. Add Keystones and a Ramcharger hood and it could be a twin.A couple of mine from back in the day. The Black one was a Coronet, the Y3 (cream) was a Bee. The RT is a friends.View attachment 567104 View attachment 567105 View attachment 567107
Hey, you're from Iowa. It could be your old car. If I remember correctly it had buckets with no console, a red drivers fender and a blue drivers door. The drivers door glass was tinted darker than the rest like it came from a A/c car. Heck it had a 361 in it. All done before I owned it. I put a intake, carb, air cleaner, valve covers, etc on it when I owned it.The black Coronet reminds me of my 1st car back in the 80s. Add Keystones and a Ramcharger hood and it could be a twin.
Nope. Different car. Grew up in MN. My car was originally green on green but got a back yard black paint job. Buckets and console were from a 67 (orig column shift 318/auto car). I threw a rebuilt 440/auto from a 68 new yorker in it. Acquired a ramcharger hood from a buddy and some used keystones. Car is long ago crushed now but still have the 440/auto and the ramcharger hood. My brother grabbed the trunklid for his 69 RT before the car got scrapped. Wouldnt mind getting that back and turning it into wall art. My mom referred to my car as "The Black Plague". I would like to have that painted on the trunk lid.Hey, you're from Iowa.
