Years ago I messed up my left hand but I could still shift! Had to be quick to get the right hand back on the wheel

I continued to drive a Harley Sportster with my right hand in a cast (broke my wrist when I fell off the bike driving on the freeway and falling asleep. This was after working a graveyard shift and trying to arrive on time for an out of town appointment).
