The kid's never used a schythe before that's a certainty.
And who starts in the middle of the field?

Great song though.

The Benz Patent-Motorwagen, designed and built by Karl Benz in 1885, is widely regarded as the first internal combustion engine mass-produced vehicle. This three-wheeled, gasoline-powered automobile was the culmination of Benz’s innovative work on the internal combustion engine and its application to motorized transportation.

The very first EV recognised
as "mass produced":
General Motors EV1 (1996-1999) is widely recognized as the first mass-produced electric car. This pioneering vehicle was purpose-built by General Motors (GM) in response to California’s Zero Emissions Vehicle (ZEV) mandate, which required automakers to have zero-emissions vehicles ready for market by 1998.
Karl Benz's wife took his first car for a 100 mile ride to prove it was reliable when he wouldn't. She did it with out telling him.

Is it excessive though, or is it ancestry?
I can drink a pitcher of Capitol Brewery Amber Lager and not get a buzz, so long as I am eating a good meal with it. Empty stomach is a different matter.
There may be some truth to stereotypes about northern Europe and German/Germanic tribe ancestry and drinking, especially beer.

A few cities are also influenced by college town status, especially Madison and Oshkosh. College Ave. in Appleton draws youngsters from 50 miles away to come party on weekends also, it's like tourism bars..... or something.
I am a little surprised about Wausau lol.

If you owned a Brewery or Liquor Store anywhere near the week of the EAA in Oshkosh

I can’t tell you how many private aircraft I help pilots load up cases of beer to take back home flying out of GRB during this past week or Packer Season or just about any given week

It’s like do any other states sell beer ???

"Gilmour’s lyrics weave together themes of fear, freedom, and self-discovery"
No doubt a parody. But
some seperation between
reality and a dream. Thanks
for the link!
You're welcome. I was making a joke earlier, BTW.

I remember I used the lyrics in a college English class assignment to compare/contrast two poems. I compared it to the Robert Frost poem Birches. Got an A. The teacher appreciated the Pink Floyd reference.

Chinchillas are basically Gremlins.

You can't get them wet.
- Their fur is so dense and soft, moisture can become trapped in it. When this happens, it will grow mold and cause the Chinchilla to become ill, potentially leading to death.

You can't overfeed them(don't feed after midnight)
-They can get very ill by over eating, or eating the wrong things. Their diet should be mostly hay(timothy grass) with a supplement of specific pellet food for nutrition. Occasional treats designed for them will keep them happy(low carb)

Keep them out of sunlight
-Chinchillas do not sweat(see above about moisture) and their climate is relatively cool. Chinchillas need a way to cool down though. Typically, they like to rest on top of a cool stone. This can be accomplished at home by keeping and alternating granite or marble counter sections in the fridge and their cage. Chinchillas do not need to sun bathe, as this can lead to them overheating and getting heat stroke.

Other notes:
They "take a bath" by rolling around in super fine dust. This keeps mites or other pests out of their fur as well.
Everything they do, is cute. EVERYTHING.

Source: My Daughter has one of these squirrel/rabbit/mouse things for a few years now. Nothing like a guinee pig or hamster. Chinchillas are deffinately more "refined" and probably more intelligent. Note this picture off a bag of pet hay:

They "grip" things with their tiny little front paws. About as close to hands as you could imagine. Watching one eat a strand of timothy grass like Bugs Bunny would eat a carrot is inherently cute. That pose of the chinchilla sitting there with "clasped hands" is accurate. They do that.

I recommend watching some videos of them if you have never seen one.

EDIT:
I forgot to mention, they wink at you as a sign of affection and trust. Because of course they do.

Time stops when you travel at the speed of light.
Tied to that, a photon which is a packet of light, exits the sun, travels through space, lands on earth 8 minutes later and is felt by your face, etc. and because it travels at the speed of light, even though it took 8 minutes to get here, is the exact same age as when it left the sun.

A 'legal pad' (of paper) is classified as a legal pad if it's yellow (or a color other than white) and it has the double side margin.

Sheep can distinguish between their shepherd's voice from another's.

Understanding the shepherd’s work in ancient Israel helps us understand how Jesus is the door of the sheepfold (10:7). Most days in ancient Israel, shepherds led their sheep to graze in the nation’s pastures and drink from its streams. At night, however, the shepherds took their sheep to the sheepfold, a walled structure topped with briars to protect the sheep from thieves and wild animals. The gate was the sheepfold’s only proper entryway, and a guardian kept watch there to keep trespassers from getting in. Many different flocks often spent the night in the same sheepfold, but a sheep never got lost in the mass of animals. He might get mixed in with the other sheep, but he knew his master’s voice and always came when the shepherd called.

A typical fire sprinkler head will not activate with smoke.

And a fire hydrant located in any area that is subject to freezing temperatures will not flow water when it is hit by a vehicle.

Tied to that... if you were traveling close to the speed of light, you would appear flat to someone observing you pass by. ( although I've never reached the level in formal education, I have a keen interest in quantum physics ).
