Hello
66 charger had power brakes, putting in manual with discs up front.
I have a 69 charger with manual brakes that I upgraded to discs with same componnets.
Please see attached picture.
I assume the linkage the pencil points too gets tossed into the spare parts bucket, then my new adjustable pushrod goes directly to the brake pedal shaft, at point a couple inches in front, and above the pencil.
This will then match what my 69 looks like.

Yes. But you will need a different firewall plate with the hole moved lower.

Gotta boneyard stiffening/firewall plate painted up and ready for install.
