I can see the light at the end of the tunnel on completing my car although it's faint.

Anyways before I do something that I shouldn't, what does one do after painting a car a different color than when it left the factory?

1) Don't paint it and install as it left the factory (beige) in newly painted black car.

2) Leave it home in a safe place ( not sure if this will hurt you at car shows).

3) Paint it black to match the car, even though it says it was a different color and mount it back into the car of course.

Just want to do whats acceptable. If it even matters. :icon_hang:

What every is acceptable to you. It's your car.Don't worry about what people say.

i would paint it the color of the car.... let the numbers guru's figure it out themselves....

When I get to go to a show I'm gonna put tape over mine, dont want anyone that might be unscrupulous getting any ideas. Paint it to match, and enjoy it.
