The Kernster is 100% correct. It's got mostly a 70 nose with the loop bumper grafted in. However, it looks like a 68-69 hood nose was grafted onto a 70 hood.

It's not a 70 bumper. The 70 grille ends are rounded; the '68 is squared off. The body isn't "thick" enough to be a '70 bumper; it's the same dimension as a '68.

It's a '68 nose, with the bumper shaved.
