My '67 Charger is running great! Finished up my 4-bbl conversion. Went with a Weiand Stealth 8022 and a 600cfm Summit Racing carburetor. There's been an increase in power and the car is twice as loud with the electric exhaust cut outs open. Going to be changing out the brand new 160 degree thermostat that's not opening later today. Maybe looking into a Champion Radiator with 2 electric fans with shroud. How complicated is setting up the electric fans and should I have a thermostat switch, fan relay, fuses hooked up?

Diffinately need the fuse & relays with electric fans & I would at least use a fuse & arming switch thru the relays at a minimum, a thermal switch is a nice option & a shroud also, it will help some, you can get some good relays plugs & schematics from MadElectrical.com or Painless performance, I would also try Summit Racing & Jegs for decent radiator brands like Be-Cool , Griffin , Fluidyne , Howes something will work to fit your Charger, take good measurements & pay attention to were the inlet & outlets are, you should use at least 3000cfm for 300hp & at least an additional 500cfm for every 100hp over that level... Good luck with your cooling system...

Your internals stock? I've been considering upgrading to a 4 barrel, only non-stock setup on my 318 is split duals on the stock manifolds and electronic ignition - so pretty much the same starting point of you, it sounds like. What kind of a power increase did you get (numbers/seat of the pants)
