I just finished rebuilding the suspension on my 63 Sport Fury and need to get my ride height set. I think I just need to measure from the ground to top of the wheel well and adjust the torsion bar adjuster until it's at the height I want it? Am I missing anything?
Thanks!

The FSM has a procedure with specs.

Specs and procedures were written by engineers. Not rocket science though. You don't want it too high or too low although I have run them low to high without issues. I always measure to the top of the wheel opening and can get it within a 1/4" or less. Your choice. Here's back in the day and my Swinger today.

I just have it set to factory specs when I get an alignment. You should have the alignment checked after changing the suspension, anyway.

I set it up for the stance I want on the car. After that it goes to the alignment shop. In my opinion the ride height is not as important as the look as long as your not excessive one way or the other. Remember IMO.

thanks! I should've mentioned I added 2"drop spindles....process in the FSM should be the same though right, just 2" lower?

I don't know if this SuperBee handles better or not but the stance is wicked for sure.
