My unfinished long time project since 2005 a 68 RR RM23 with an A12 lift off hood 383/479ci-6bbl, never seem to be ale to get it done, always something... soon to be painted original LL1 Surf Turquoise Poly/Black hood & lower body w/red accents & maybe finally I will finish with all the rest of the parts, sitting on my shelves, that can be finally installed, after it's painted, soon I hope anyway...

Thanks!! is SEM hot rod black, i like it cause it cleans right up with spray wax and doesn't get chalky. i've had one hood that was orgisol and i said never again.

the hot rod black also likes to be sprayed over a black sealer, i used dp90 this time. :icon_thumleft:

might as well through up a shot of my new fuel lines too while im at it.

there the Promax ones, there a little pricy but they sure make pulling the carbs on and off easy. Budnicks, i was expecting you to pick out something odd with my sixpack.. :eusa_think:

Looks pretty damn nice as is. Just take those hubcaps off and puts some chrome lug nuts on and it will look like a whole different car.

I have a set of Centerlines I am planning to install. Actually there is a bit of a story behind those dog dishes. They are all that I have left of my first car, a 69 I had in 1980. Driving FAST like Petty and went into a spin. Hit a light standard backwards at about 100mph. Knocked it down right across the highway blocking 3 lanes. Believe it or not I drove the car away. Figured I had got away with it too!

Nope.

I had to collect the bumper at the cop shop the next day. Yep that was fun. Can you spell lawyers? Dad took the pic below after he kicked my ***!

I had the Promaxx ones on my old set up, I think I will do the same on this one someday too, they make it really nice to work on... Lets see The choke body machined off ?? no vent on the center float bowl ?? no PCV provision on the center carb, it's on the rear outboard carb ?? am I missing something else obvious, am I blind ?? well yeah kind of...LOL... I was admiring the fuel lines

nope, PCV is now coming off the back of the center carb. it actually started life as a 500 cfm 2bbl (pretty hard to tell from pictures or even in person) lol. my pops converts them so they work as 6 pack center carbs. really provides a kick in the ***!!

Sorry about the small picture sizes. I'll see if I can find a newer one. Purists won't like the color scheme but it's white with the hockey stick paint stripe. Can't tell from the picture but it is purple.
