Took the 69 out of my buddies shop, and dropped off my 70. First the 69 going home, dodging the snow showers....then the 70 going in after. Got to finish that car up soon....

I still own a couple of them. I like to buy them, make them nice, and drive and sell them. Iam like a flipper, but I enjoy them a while first before selling them. The B5 ragtop I have had since I was 20 years old. It is a factory show car built on 801 SPD.

That car cost me 10 years off my life. got it from a restoration shop in o'fallon illinois called Thorpes corvette custom and body shop. Tim Thorpe screwed the **** out of me. Stole the car, stripped all tghe parts off of it and filed chapter7 . it only took 3 years to get it back through numerous court proceedings having to go to Illinois to retrieve my car back. I got it back in pieces and had to put it all back together myself. Every night after work, I did work till it went all back together the right way.

Cars been a drag car a long time,remember it from the mid 80s at WIR when it was called "Temporary Insanity"
