you only have two places to look for the problem you are experiencing.
you either have a gasket or rubber connector which under boost expands until it un-seats or your waste gate is relieving pressure at 8 psi and closes again until it builds to 8 psi. These are the only two variables which could cause your particular issue. I would suggest removing the intake pipe from the turbo and fitting it with an air fitting for use with an air compressor hose, pressurize the system with the engine off and throttle closed to 10 psi and start looking and listening. yeah you will blow some by the throttle but if you hold it closed you should be able to pressurize the system to find your leak. it will either pop off the waste gate or blow past the problem seal.
good luck, its there, just find it.
