What in the Holy Heck???
Domino has been a bit lazy lately, walking slow, looking as if she were dizzy and disoriented. She is a 4 year old Pit Bull mix, great dog, loves to play, very sweet girl. A sudden change from being active to being a slow, sleepy, groggy doggy made me take notice.
At the Vet on Saturday, we waited as they did blood and urine tests. Imagine the shock when they said she tested POS for THC. Yeah....Where the heck did she get it?
I use no drugs. I rarely drink. The Wife is the same. The dog rarely leaves the house and back yard. I am bordered front and back by streets. To each side are respectable neighbors that keep to themselves. I have not smelled marijuana in the air, I have no friends that use it that have been here. I am baffled as to how it got here for her to ingest it.
She is nauseous, lazy, unmotivated and slow to react.
This sucks...Vet says it could take a week to clear out as long as she does not ingest any more. I mowed the lawn yesterday thinking if some had been blown in by the wind, I might be able to suck it up with the bag on the mower.
Be careful if you use this stuff...The Vet says it affects pets far more than it does humans.
