Socialism doesn't work. Here's proof.

An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had once failed an entire class. That class had insisted that Obama's socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer. The professor then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama's plan". All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so no one would fail and no one would receive an A...

After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little. The second test average was a D! No one was happy.

When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F. The scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else.

All failed, to their great surprise, and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.

well im not a republican or democrat. im independent and yes i vote still dor either republic or democrat. i dont throw my vote away. what right is right and thats all there is too it. i am for universa healthcare however. im not rich and cant afford to pay a 20,000 dollar hospital bill. every other country has this so why dont we. if we all get healthcare whats the big deal. help the poor people out too. just dont think about yourself and all the money you have. this country needs to do something about there healthcare. anybody ever had to pay a 1/4 million dollar hospital bill. you never will get it paid and the collectors are on your *** constantly threatening you about taking you to court and everything else

Anytime that a Country that is founded on Christianity and the belief of GOD above votes in a Muslim leader they have a SEVERE problem, .......He don't even stand on the values that this country was based on. he sides with Terrorist that hate us. as far as I'm concerned he is one of them, You are either for us or against us, no in between.

This is a slap to the faces of the many Men who have fought and died for this Great Nation, and ALL Veterans in general. I feel these guys don't get the respect they deserve.

X2 I am a republican and if the universal healthcare is so good why is it starting to fail in Canada and other countries where you have to get approved to get better. So the Government gets to decide who lives and who dies?

I'm gonna have to agree on this one. The healthcare reform isn't free and the government will get to decide who lives and dies. I have a Canadian kid in one of my classes and he claimed socialist healthcare was great. So the teacher decided to challenge him on this and asked were he would go for any major surgery. Can anyone guess what he said to that...he said he would come to America for anything like that. Not tryin to push political views or anything but I think more Americans need to watch Glenn Beck, he is the one who really opened my eyes to whats goin on behind the scenes.
